If ya ask me, incel ideology simply goes against nature, so of course being an incel and proud, or joining any type of "manosphere" (lol) goes against ethno/racial preservation of any kind. Some incels are so desperate that they become gay, which is also incompatible with any type of ethno/racial preservation. Then again, some folks are always gonna be forever alone, it's survival of the fittest after all. Alpha males were always the most sought after, regardless whether society was patriarchal or matriarchal. It's cause chicks want the best father for their offspring, the best genes. And looks matter, and they should matter for this reason. Course no chick is gonna wanna pick the overweight, acnee-faced 30 y.o. virgin. Let's be realistic here. But looks ain't the full package either. Incels dream of a world where women would be forced to pick partners according to personality, yet even in this fantasy world incels wouldn't come out winning. An incel is as attractive personality-wise as these fat feminist/SJW chicks. Thanks, but no thanks.

P.S. Chicks have always controlled sexuality in some way. Even in patriarchal societies, where dudes make the first step, chicks send cues to the dude they like, hinting him to court them. The reason polygamy wasn't allowed were prudish Christian/Abrahamic morals. Has nothing to do with women "whoring around", since polygamy would be a family and have the same rules as any other family.
