It depends what you mean by racism. Some people think racism is anything that disagrees with "we are all the same", that there can be no significant or meaningful genetic difference between two separate populations of humans. E.g. white caucasians from northern europe are basically identical to australian aboriginals, and if you disagree you are racist.
Racism can also be simple ingroup preference, which is a basic human psychological trait. We are tribal animals, and everything we do and think is tribe orientated, no matter how much you try to disguise it. That is the biggest reason why ethnics struggle so much in non-ethnic countries.
If your genetics are good enough then it can override natural outgroup aversion, which is why a 10/10 Tyrone can get a white women even in places like Russia where blacks are openly hated.
