Rabbits are cute, fuzzy creatures, and because of that they have a great reputation as being wonderful animals that everybody loves. The truth is rabbits are bloodthirsty killers. A friend of mine who saved a wounded rabbit said that him and his friend who attended him were bitten by the same rabbit they were trying to help.

My mom grows tulips and other pretty flowers in her garden. Last time I visited her she went on anti-rabbit tirade where she referred to rabbits as "greedy sicko piglets". I asked her why she thought that, she apparently set up a CCTV camera and discovered it was rabbits destroying her garden. She stated that rabbits were ruining her purpose in life, once again calling them "nasty piglets, greedy greedy nasty piglets". She now has a speaker set up besides the camera, with an automatic alarm in case the rabbits show up, loud noises will play to scare them away. My mom said that hopefully this will "keep the sicko freaks away", referencing the rabbits.

This is the power of lookism. Nobody would ever suspect rabbits of being so malign, and it's because of their alluring appearance. Compare how we treat rabbits to how we treat rats, and you'll be taking the first step in a very very long journey of discovery.
