Actual advice:
Identify the triggers. Dig deep. Notice the patterns. You'll find that there are certain visuals, emotions, places, even smells that trigger urges. You have to avoid those. I noticed for example when I'm feeling sad or desperate I'm 10 times more likely to coom (misery likes company). Visuals are obvious, you have to stop visiting websites where you might encounter porn (unfortunately includes this sub). I deleted my reddit app altogether and I moved my PC to a common room so I'm never alone while using it.
Then find ways to combat urges when they inevitably pop up. Again, you have to figure out what works for you. It can be exercise, a cold shower, meditation, thinking of Jesus (or whoever you believe in). Also, think about what you don't want to be and also what you're trying to become.
Open your mind to the possibility that this can be done and that you can do it. You can change. You can be whatever you want to be.

I think most incels would like to have a woman in their life. The problem is that they've been rejected so many times that they convinced themselves that all women are evil and doing it just to spite them. If you put an incel in a position of power, I think they would have at least one woman interested in them.

Also, I never said that the Nazis were incels. I just said they wouldn't be out of place on an incel board, meaning they share many beliefs with incels (including that women should be subservient to men).

You'd be hard pressed to find a single country back in the 40s that didn't think women were subservient to men. I don't think Nazis were unique in that way. Hell, probably 70% of men alive today still think that. Certainly in Africa, most of Asia and South America and even in Europe and North America.
