RageFuel Quoting Someone (Without Typing Anything) No Longer Counts as a Post

That's not how it used to be. Until recently, if you quoted a user, it increased your post count.
Anyone else notice this sneaky little change that was quietly implemented?

P.S. Oh, and I noticed something else! After I posted this thread, my post count remained the same, even after refreshing the page. Fucking rage fuel, man! What is this shit??
