Lucid dreaming is quite a process, but it can be done with prep. Through WBTB, reality checking, MILD, dream journaling, etc. Once you've practiced for a few weeks, you should be able to have stable and solid lucid dreams. Sex can sometimes wake you up, but it just takes practice. lmk if you want more info on lucid dreaming, I've been doing it for years.

As someone who has experienced lucid dreaming on multiple occassions I will explain my experience.
Lucid dreaming is a skill one must learn in order to master it. You cannot just do anything you desire in a lucid dream, it takes some mental power to do so. In a lucid dream, you realise you're in a dream but your body will want to wake up which means you need to have some control of your mind.
With the sex thing, I can't say for sure it feels like the real thing but it does feel like something.

For me, I cannot determine which nights I'll lucid dream and it only appears randomly that I'm aware that I am asleep and am able to initiate a dream.
