In middle school, I never went to any school events, like homecoming, because I was so ugly, and this led me to become an incel. Nobody acknowledged my existence either.

Yes, high school is one of those times when everyone starts to settle into their cliques, so if you were an incel in middle school, you probably won’t change in high school. It’s even worse because high school is when it becomes more socially acceptable to be in a relationship and do things like have a prom date, go to homecoming, etc.

Exactly, in high school there is a lot of competition to secure a gf. Imo, its the best time to do it, as there is no other factors as to why a girl want to date you, other than she likes you.
Not to mention how people aren't catious about love. They are truely ready for love at this time.
