Weight lifting has positive health effects like improved bone, joint, and muscle strength, burning boy fat, and improving cardiovascular health, and just making you feel better. How would living in a forest and acting like a monkey improve health

At first i did go to the gym in the vein hope to change womans view of myself.

Naturally i quickly learned that this was a lost cause. Nowadays i go pretty late so no one is there to laugh at me or enrage me in some other fashion.

I still do it, because it gives me the satisfaction to have a better body than most people around me. It is little comfort i admit that, but it keeps me alive.
