I think it depends but on avg I would say no; but if you live in an area with a lot of them then you will see many hot ones, just a lot more ugly ones. Also some parts of the country have more Mexicans or places like Florida with more Cubans so there is that.
Overall many are too dark for my tastes or fat. Like emba said many are fat, so if they are thin chances are they are good looking. Also younger is better, don’t seem to age that well.

Generally, there are many young latinas that are relatively attractive due to wearing revealing clothing(typically)
