The problem is that you are doing stuff wrongly but have no clue why. So you always get hated but cannot do it better so you get frustrated. And it's especially bad for people whose social intelligence is impaired as with e.g. dyslexia and dyscalculia people understand it more and it only impacts "work" life while I am not that impaired in work life but more in private life.
