I'm in my 30s. Overall, better looking now than when I was 18. I've had dry skin on my face since I was like 15 but can manage it now. Weight is healthier but I'm still underweight. Hair is better. Used to be puffy and shit until I cut down on shampoo after reading it on reddit.

I would definitely say better. I was still skinny and always working out when I was 17/18, but my face was much more dimorphic and I had more baby fat then. I'm 21 now and definitely see a difference. I also started mewing around that age. Still not good enough to get a girlfriend, though.
