I do the chest press thing with dumbbells lol.

Brutal, I didn't even get tagged. For me it's obviously biceps. Arm day everyday.

I've quit gymcelling for a long time,

But when I used to gymcel, I would love doing back exercises like pull-downs pull-ups rows. I also liked to do Strongman stuff like Elevated Deadlift and Clean and Press
 
My dream was going to become a professional strongman before i got ill
