All those american parties in private residences, like american pie movies, and 80s movie, where everybody has fun and sex do really exist? What is the reality? Are they highly selective and hierarchical in their entry?

no. most of my friends are incels and all they do is play games and watch anime.
I'm just having this realization that this doesn't happen outside the U.S, unless it does? Pobably just a uni thing.
You can pretty much just go if its in some kind of dorm type living, but your mileage may vary.

Very rare in Europe. I think USA is more hierarchical, for example there's not an "athlete status" probably because sport is separated from school. Also, there are not "frats"
For most guys its just this pic unless you manage to find other likeminded people or get lucky with some girl who taged along, otherwise its pretty futile.
