if i intentionally maintain a medium or slightly above average bodyfat% but bulk up a lot would it give of the illusion that i have a medium frame?
Yes. You'll have to lift seriously though, or your waist will draw more attention from your shoulder width. Think skinny fat numale.
If you want to look ripped you need to be 5-8%. But it's not realistic to maintain this low level all the time. So I'd say aim for 10-15%. Your goal is to increase mass anyway. But don't become one of these fatass bulkers with 30% bodyfat. Not cool.what body fat should i go with?
im a framecel. i will look tiny at that percent. If you want to look ripped you need to be 5-8%. But it's not realistic to maintain this low level all the time. So I'd say aim for 10-15%. Your goal is to increase mass anyway. But don't become one of these fatass bulkers with 30% bodyfat. Not cool.
As an overweight framecel i can tell you that the major problem in your theory is that all the extra fat is collected in your face and belly since there is very little support for fat storage on your skinny framecel arms anyway. So no, i would not recommend having an higher than average body fat percentage if you want to looksmax as a framecel.
Somewhere in the range of 10% to 15% body fat. This will also result in you having a lean face and since face is the most important thing you should worry about that first.which one should i stay at then?
