Discussion Question about the lore and origins of the term incel on the internet from the early 2010s

So I know after some research the word incel was created by a canadian woman in the 90's but then theres not much other information about how it evolved on other internet forums. What i can gather is in the early 2010s, on 4chan users started using the word incel, there was also other forum puahate that elliot used and r/incels subreddit on reddit.
So my questions are
1.who and on what internet sites in the early 2010s did the word incel start being used by users?
2. who and when created the original incel subreddit or reddit r/incels that was banned in late 2017?
