If you've accepted there's a high possibility you will stay an incel, isn't the only logical think to seek some spiritual growth/consciousness etc.?

Like everything else in life is indirectly pointed to increasing your odds of finding a mate.

So if you're not gonna play that game, you could just spend your life dedicated to something meaningful beyond flesh?

It would be the ultimate cope imo.

And maybe the only way to endure your existence without being filled with resentment all the time.

Just go monk mode bro

Tried that. Didn't last. Went a little coco. Then Fell right back where I was.

whats next? yoga?

If you want to get into Zen and stuff I recommend approaching it with a completely clean slate and not think of it in terms as a reaction to your personal pathologies.

Basic Teachings of the Buddha by Glen Wallis is probably the best introduction to Buddhism for secular western people

I've noticed this too, I wonder why. It seems like playing games is the only way to not go coco? Keeping your mind busy > Trying to empty your mind

I think the trick might be to do it in small amounts everyday

Im no expert but dun go into it looking for that 'high'
Besides meditation, it's also useful to read up on the various texts(sutras, texts etc) and listen to discourses by monks.

I can't do that. I have an addictive personality. Or maybe the fact it was so soothing and a relaxing cope mechanism made me a little obsessive. Either way I can't do it anymore. Once the feeling of stillness went away .I was never able to obtain it again.

It felt like i was Lucifer and got castout of heavens jfl.
