It hit so hard instead of sleeping I was in my room at 1 AM hitting the air and some pillows imagining they were some of my bullies. I would go back in time and visit all the scenes where they did me wrong and correct it with my current self

i also suffer from ptsd, when I have flashbacks I feel like a different person, like an animal
with more fear and desire to escape than conscious thoughts in my mind, it's very fucked up
