IT has a similar moral rigidness and IQ to predator poachers (a sloppy TCAP clone). They are the obviously opposite in terms of soy levels, and stances of pedophilia. But their similarities ARE interesting, as they are both vigilante groups who hold flimsy moral conduct/empathy by which they execute their "watchdogging." And they both fanatically hate ugly men. Here's my amateurish attempt at this psychological breakdown, using the OCEAN model:
-These groups have interesting qualities with respect to openness to new experiences. For IT, they are very open about tranny & polyamory & other left wing shit, but not so much about being open to seeing things from the other point of view. Predator poachers have extremely, extremely low openness to new experience, as they hold doctrinaire views on pedophilia right down to the very letter of the law, and then some. A quality that they have in common is that they both seem highly interested in the idea of thought crimes, insofar that merely thinking of a crime, or exploring a controversial thought makes you as culpable as one who actually committed a crime. They are both high in religiosity, in that their beliefs are extremely dogmatic and fanatical, as their vigilantism is an important aspect of their life's work. These are people that detest the nature of abstractions, or concepts of moral greyness.
- Predator Poachers, like most cops, have low fear, high narcissism, high need for a power such that their authority cannot be questioned. They likely have low impulse control, thankfully not as low as the predators they catch. Predator Poachers are people that simply are too impatient for due process, and proper law enforcement to do their job. They have a bursting need to take the law into their own hands and humiliate suspected pedophiles and are quick to release content to feed their own ego, even if their evidence has been poorly vetted. IT has similar qualities of a sort of stubbornness and dutifulness in their work. Seems like they veer toward low conscientiousness due to a preference toward impulsive, spontaneous behavior.
-When it comes to extroversion. it's hard to pinpoint for IT exactly because it's a large group, but I would assume it skews more toward extroverted than not, because they are dismissive of the difficulties it takes in getting into relationships. High extroversion is the predominant personality trait among successful sex-havers. Predator poachers are VERY HIGH in extroversion. I think a quality that both of these groups have in terms of extroversion is attention-seeking behavior. This is also predominant in 'Karen' personality types. That are the types to start shit due to the need to be entertaining/entertained.
-both groups are in some ways very low or very high in agreeableness. They are they motivated by preserving the status quo to the point of being somewhat threatening to what they perceive as outsiders. So long as you aren't an outsider, they are highly agreeable to you, but if you are not part of their in-group they do not give a flying fuck about social cohesion. Both of these groups would fucking love an authoritarian police state, although they want opposite political parties in charge of said police state. You can blame people like these for the polarized political climate of the USA.
-both groups are textbook highly, highly neurotic. One group sees pedophiles EVERYWHERE, IT sees misogyny EVERYWHERE. They both have itchy trigger fingers and are the last kinds of people who I'd like to see in proper law enforcement due their personality flaws.
Although I am not a huge fan of Myers-Briggs, they probably have a similar phenotype to Donald Trump, the ESFP, otherwise known as 'the Entertainer'
This is not surprising, as a lot of the Predator Poachers seem more motivated by the entertainment aspect of being an amateur Chris Hansen, and number of sex-workers
in IT.
The ESFP is also the natural opposite in terms of the common INTJ personality of incels.
