remember, femoids paint their face with shit that jumps them up legit 3-5 points. if they get to do that, we have the damn right to utilise lifts which are only best for elevating us 2 inches at max(any more than that is too noticeable and obvious). i mean come on, femoids even use lifts themselves! what are heels for, eh?

but seriously, they only cost about £5/$5 and are adjustable from 1inch boost to 5inches(impractical, i know). i just ordered mine earlier this evening. i highly recommend it if you are in average range or borderline tall range. even if you are 5'7, a jump to 5'9 is worthwhile. and im not talking about getting laid, height is one of the biggest contributors to halo effect. even if you are ugly as sin and ethnic if you are tall, people will be forced to respect your presence and stay out of your way.

id say about 1-2 inches. i dont think it would fuck you up if were speaking health wise since the pads supports your feet well
