Proving rape is moral and shouldn't be legally punished.
The premise stands as "Any illegal act which involves any kind of coercion should remain illegal independent of victim's perception of the act itself". By these means, any act of coercion should remain illegal no matter "consent" of the victim. Now firstly, we already can see how consent is imaginary social construct, not only its declarative of one's will independent of law, it also doesn't make sense upon empirical analysis.
Upon empirical examination we can clearly observe the pattern with other crimes such as murder: "If one is to commit attempted murder of someone, opinion of victim doesn't make the criminal act reasonable or lawful." Therefore the pattern is also confirmed upon empirical examination; Applying same type of analysis to rape: "If woman claims the actual act of rape, wasn't rape since she enjoyed it and gave consent. It doesn't matter if the act was clearly rape (Subordination of female subhuman by her male superior on the street can serve as an example) the act becomes semi-legal and charges often will get dropped.
