Since prostitution is 'real work' they cannot be raped because their bodies are their wares. 'Raping' whores should be punished under the same offense as petty theft, and incels shouldn't be punished at all because its like a starving man stealing bread. Sorry, that's not true. Prostitutes can, just like any other freelancer, freely select their clients. If they don't want a client or don't want to do something specific with a client, they are free to refuse. The only thing which IMHO is "just" theft is if you e.g. take the money with you after leaving.

Their bodies are also not their wares, but they are just performing a service with their whole body, not too different to a lot of other jobs involving manual labour.

Also, prostitutes are just humans like everyone else, so of course harming or killing them should give the same penalty as harming or killing anyone else?!

That doesn't make it legal. And yes, rape always has the problem of being he-said-she-said, in this case just as much as in each other case. And while prostitutes are often discriminated in the justice system, they can absolutely go to the police. Prostitution is not a federal crime, but rape is, so the federal police doesn't even have to arrest the prostitute if they know she does it.

Also, OP didn't limit potential rapists to Johns.
