The people here are so attention deprived that IT acknowledging us validates our own existence. Someone hearing our shouts into the void, even when it brings nothing but scorn, is still better than no one listening. The same goes the other way around, the troons, whores, and cucks from that site are also gushing at the attention users here give them. Every other reasons for interactions between or mentioning one another is just cope and self deception.
We all know after all this time no one has been convinced by us mocking them, and no one there has been convinced about “inkwel bad” by them posting about us. This battle of “us vs them” also gives forum users and incels in general a common enemy that we can easily identified, creating tribalistic feeling among us to attack and destroy our enemies (with rhetoric) and strengthening our existence even more. So IT actually did more to foster feelings of community that is united by a common enemy here than actually hurting us (otherwise it would all just be people calling each other fakecels and being further and further divided). We should actually be thanking them, because they accidentally did more for this forum community than they can imagine.
The reason mods here don’t ban mention of IT is because it gives attention to this place and the drama generates more traffic to the site. The reason reddit allows it is because it is shitting on males, so it won’t affect their stock value through punishment by large shareholders.
I always wondered why this soy behaviour was still allowed and tolerated, but now it has become clear to me.
