I'm an atheist but every now and then I get panick attacks and think about burning in hell for rejecting God (thanks Christian parents) I wish I had 100 percent proof God was real or fake but I can't disprove.

ya it's more plausible than believing that everything spawned from random ass microorganisms. evolution prioritizes survival and differential reproductive success, not creativity and unnecessary add on features (assuming all the mutations are random and spontaneous). ironically believing in an intelligent creator requires a lot less faith.
The complexity of the world is purely emergent. I really doubt any non-material intelligence exists, that would mean intelligence would either have to be non-material or God would have to not be an intelligence.
