I have a truecel face now. I'm 26, and just before and during my very early puberty (at around age 10) one of my genes mutated and caused a disorder/disability, my head is huge, I have very asymmetric eyes (much more extreme than anyone), no cheekbones, my jaw is feminine and juts out... I overhear being called a monster, "ugliest person I've ever seen", and 100 alternatives since I'm like 12. They made memes with my face in high school, kids laugh when they see me, strangers stare and talk about me

Between 45,000-70,000 Euros or Francs, depending on where you do it and how much you get done. Plus risks of infection later on. Insurance won't pay bc it's only cosmetic and they'd only pay if it was an accident. I don't have that kind of money to spend, lending would cost me to pay interest of about 5000 Euros over 4-5 years.

Plus, my head/skull/face has too much, not too little, and it's always more difficult to reduce than to add. Plus you can't change my huge head and really narrow face and alien skull

just to add a bit of context to tryna ascend 's comment: I was a beautiful child, basically the chad version of a baby till about 10.5 years old (brown hair, eyes, "beautiful face"...). From age 11, I started overhearing people calling me "ugly" or "weird looking", and it only got worse. My parents were great looking (at least both an 8 when they had me) when they made me 27 years ago, my sister looks good, is 22 and already had 3 chad boyfriends, my dad was only carrier of this faulty gene (he wasn't physically affected), but I was affected. Chance was 50% (coin flip!!!) that I would inherit it. So, here we are.

Oh yeah. And my dad is a human biologist who knew the risks even 27 years ago, and none of my parents ever talked to me about girls, sex, or relationships, always implied I'd be forever alone (it never began for me when it counted, I mean at age 13 I was already a "monster"), go figure!
