The government filed a criminal prosecution of the Nigerian guy; the parents haven't filed a civil suit yet. You can't extradite someone for a civil case. And this goes beyond trolling; as far as the law is concerned, asking for (and successfully receiving) nudes from a minor is production of child pornography, which carries a 15-year mandatory minimum at the federal level.

The kid is still fucking retarded for sending nudes to a stranger, though. Any 17-year-old should know better.
