One of the types of people that I really hate are the pretenders.
They pretend to like you, pretend to laugh at unfunny jokes, pretend to like whatever is popular at the time.
I especially hate people who pretend to like me.
Usually, they do it because they want something.
Such as the person who usually never talks to me at all.
Then, suddenly they want to start a conversation……..and then………ask me for something.
This is also a key reason I quit going to therapy.
I have better things to do than talk about my problems to someone who doesn’t care……and hates me too.
The hate and disgust is so obvious in their eyes…….though their words seem kind.
I’d rather be told what they really think of me than go through this charade.
The worst offense is not being my friend.
The second worst offense is pretending to be my friend.
