Correct. Power means the ability to choose what to do/avoid within your life, and the responsability that comes with it, and you need even more power to fully materialize your desires the more complicated and intricate they get.

You need power even in things that wouldnt make immediate sense to the naked view, like the choice to not do hard drugs/scramble away like a bum/throw your life away with dumb choices.
