It's been about a month since my surgery and my abdomen is completely bloated from inflammation. I look like the Grinch. The concurrent fat gain and muscle loss from sitting on my ass this long doesn't help either.

I wouldn't pass as a tranny tbh. Bony hands, wide shoulders, aquiline nose, thin Norwooding hair, among other things.
