First, never look at porn while you do nofap. If you do, it increases the chances of relapsing by a lot. It’s okay, if you accidentally stumble upon porn on the internet. It happens, especially if you’re active on discord, 4chan, reddit, X, etc. Just close it and move on.
Don’t treat relapsing as failure. If you go 1 week without porn and fapping then relapse that’s still progress. You went from fapping 7 days a week to 1 day a week.
After the first 3 months it got easier for me.
Don’t feel bad for failing, it’s not your fault. Porn spikes your dopamine to unnatural levels. This is the first time in human history where we have access to millions of videos/photos of naked women at a moments notice. Not even kings could access sex this easily. For me a big problem is the desire to collect. If I find an actress I like I'll download all her scenes and shoots. There's something simultaneously relaxing and engaging about searching for new porn that is separate from sexual pleasure. It feels like nesting, like you are building a supply for the future, sort of like gaining experience or new items in a video game.
So the thing that helps me the most is to do a hard reset and delete everything, then commit to never downloading anything new. When I cut off my urge to collect, it lowers my interest to look at porn in the first place.

I never properly was addicted even though I had phases where I watched it for hours each day (but mainly to increase my porn collection).
But since I take Finasteride it doesn't have a huge effect on me, so if you have hair loss anyway, might try it

I did that a few times when I was really young but I always regretted deleting some favourite stuff, now I don't delete anything intentionally any more (except maybe really bad stuff to make some space). Do you ever regret it? For me actually what reduced my desire to collect was running out of disk space.
