Pornography addiction?

Is anybody else facing this. I seem to have a real issue with consuming pornography. Do you know how to stop it? It seems inevitable considering porn is everywhere on the internet now. Having sex doesn't help much either. Maybe if it was regular an not only once every two weeks it would help me. It is with a prostitute don't ban me. Do you have any advice?

Yes, I am dealing with a pornography addiction. I have been trying to get rid of it for nearly a decade and I'm still unable to get to a month without it. The longest I went without was three weeks and this was six years ago.

I don't think it's the most difficult addiction to beat, tbh.

yeah become really depressed and put a lot of stress on yourself and ur libido will drop by itself and ull stop watching porn
