If you're advocating for porn usage among incels then you're sabotaging your own community.
What works for me the best and especially for my mental health was quitting porn and learning new things about anything really.
Not to also mention that porn turns you into a massive simp and our goal as celibates is to get rid of any arousal so that we do not feel miserable.
As time goes on you get used to and don't really need to use pornography.
How porn affects hormones
Dopamine surge: Watching porn releases large amounts of dopamine, the "feel-good" neurotransmitter, which can create a reward-seeking loop.
Testosterone increase: The dopamine surge can lead to a temporary increase in testosterone. However, heavy pornography use has also been linked to lower testosterone levels in some studies, potentially because of a desensitization effect or through other mechanisms like sleep disruption.
Other hormones: Pornography consumption can also trigger the release of other hormones, such as cortisol and norepinephrine. Prolonged high cortisol levels can lead to stress and cognitive impairment.
Hormonal imbalances: Heavy, consistent use can lead to hormonal imbalances over time. This can make the brain "dependent" on elevated levels of dopamine and other chemicals.
Potential effects on the body and mind
Decreased sensitivity: Habitual use can lead to a desensitization, where a person needs more intense stimulation (e.g., from porn) to feel arousal.
