imo from what I could gather most of the side effects only happen when you do it too frequently (like more than 2 times a day jfl) because it functions like a ''healthier drug'' and you waste a lot of energy during the act (between 200-300 iirc) which also revamps your neurological connections (doesn't damage it directly, but it can with time if your too much of an addict), making possible SOME of the effects you mentioned.
