you're basically supposed to listen to these shitty hypnosis files 24/7 until you get schizophrenia and start believing you're a pony (usually not some generic pony, but some specific character from the show, the files are supposed to alter your personality)
the community was the autism of the autism, tulpamancers seem sane in comparison jfl
there were a few forums in the past, but currently there are none - equestriansouls.com (the last forum) suddenly died in the beginning of this year and supposedly some members circlejerk in a private Discord server (there were never many members in the first place and during its last days the forum only served a function of hosting the files)
the admin planned to create a wider network of niche hypnosis files, mostly for furries (including NSFW or risque files which used to be banned in the past), but it seems the concept has failed, but it's produced a few ultra-degenerate files
