I think there's some hope if polyamorous communities evolve. The current state definitely won't do, and I don't know if they ever will work. But, theoretically, you end up with a polyamorous future where sex becomes cheap enough that it wouldn't be unusual for women to just fuck an incel out of curiosity or pity or w/e, and thus help that incel ascend.
Some dystopian fiction begins to address this, like Brave New World. It's monogamy that was made up by society. Polyamory is the true natural order of things. Monogamy didn't become the default until it was enforced by religion. Now that religion is going the way of the dodo, so is monogamy and we are rapidly returning to our polyamorous roots.
