It is very anxiety inducing due to the amount of people around and the socializing I have to do.
But I go to most weddings I am invited to because I have a very strong sense of guilt and regret, so I'd feel incredibly bad if I did not go.

Weddings, funerals or other events of any kind are things I do not like going to.
Only for food tbh, sometimes the catering is really good but really i could care less about the couple usually I don't even know them or anyone lol.

Had to go to a family one last year, absolutely dreaded it. Luckily, there was a game store nearby, so I bailed and just took an uber home afterwards.
Last one I went was in 2013 or 2014 and I don't really want to go to another one
The only time I went to a wedding I was a child and don't remember anything about it. I was going to go to my uncles wedding when I was 17 but I was in a mental hospital so I didn't go.

i experienced my first and last wedding as an early teen and i didn’t like it. loud music, obnoxious drunk normies, the usual awkwardness for sub5 beta males in such a setting etc… the only good thing was the food maybe cuz they prepared and spent a lot on it, it’s like going to a very good restaurant for free.

I don't know how western white people weddings are so I'm not too sure about the differences it is between Indian weddings. Nigga the only thing there is at the Indian weddings is food otherwise its just a bunch of bhais talking about random stuff. Also women and men are segregated so sometimes I do peek to look at the jeetas
