so i got 11 on my laptop but heard its not good for gaming specially, compared to 10. do you agree? your experience?
11 performs slightly better now in benchmarks. Up to you if it's worth dealing with the ads and bullshit.

for gaming Windows 10 is still better, even after some improvements in Windows 11 24H2. If they performed in all games exactly the same i would use 11 because of more modern UI
Steam is not how we play games in iran mostly since we r under sanctions n cant pay or its just ridiculously high priced

performance difference in some games is insignificant for people who high end builds, but for people who barely can hit 75fps in 1080p low in most games then yeah i would just install Windows 10 LTSC IoT Enterprise which is supported until 2032.

iirc on laptops which shipped with Windows 11 you probably will have to install drivers manually. Then stay on 11. Also im not sure if last LTSC IoT has scheduler patch for 12th gen, regular Windows 10 22H2 has.

There isn’t a noticeable difference between the two as of now, but give it a few more years, and 11 will outperform 10 in most modern games. For the vast majority of the games that will be running on your laptop, you don’t need 11, but just leave it as it is. I strongly advise against installing pirated versions of any OS on your system, by the way.

im using it and have had any problems. im not that expert in computer tho but i just like the look of it better than win 10
i've tried and it had too much UI inconsistencies across the board, the experience was not as smooth imo
