Experiment [Poll] Might change my username.

I've been thinking about possibly changing my username.

Options are:

• Keep as is. No change will be needed.
• Abbreviate. My username often wraps around, so abbreviating it to "Doom3Shotgunner", "Shotgunnercel", or "D3SGER" (the latter I use offsite) could work.
• Revert to my original username. Likely this would change to something like "beetuscel", as previously there was confusion as to what it actually meant.
• insulinmaxxer or similar. "incelin" is also good, it kinda reminds me of my pfp on X.
• pacercel. I pace around a lot (cause autism) and that might be fitting.

Same. For me it's worse because the "er" cuts off on the theme I use. Maybe that's a sign of something

Definitely something I'd think about. Here's my view

In my theme, your name is too long to be in one line:

It's like that on the 2022 and 2024 themes as well. It took me months to realise that your username was about the shotgun from Doom 3, I thought it was just a combination of random words.

But I'd never recommend changing a name that you've had for as long as you've had, I only changed my name to Moth two months into being on the forum, you've been DoomThreeShotgunner for 90% of your time on .is, the name's become somewhat iconic and synonymous with you as a user, I like the username.

If you were to change it, I'd only change it to Doom3Shotgunner or D3SGer so your name fits on one line. or you could just change it to DOOM, short usernames are arguably more memorable.
