What should the age of consent be? Should it be the same for both men and women?
I did my homework. At age 16, foids are perfeclty ready to have offspring. Fuck marrying a 16 yo in like the 1700s and before was the normAs the old saying goes, "Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed..."
On a more serious note, every state in the Union should have "Romeo and Juliet" exceptions to statutory rape laws and female-on-male statutory rape should be prosecuted much more aggressively than it is vice versa.
Lastly, yes to the M/F portion of the OP...Equal protection and all that 14th amendment stuff.
I agree with this except the old enough to bleed, old enough to breed. Some girls are getting their puberty at eight and nine.As the classic proverb goes, "Old enough to bleed, old enough to breed..."

Where is the "outlaw all forms of sex" option?
That being said age should be considered in abuse situations.

If anyone deserves it it's us.AOC shouldnt even exist in the first place. it's just another jewish policy to opress the sub8 males who missed out on prime teen pussy
there should be a new law for girls
if you can get a doctor to prove she bleeds she's good
something something burden of proof something something woman something something placing a burden on womenBe sure that the proposed statute explicitly states that the burden of proof regarding the female's ability to ovulate rests solely on her during any legal proceeding in a court of law. Otherwise, only rich guys would be able to establish a legal defense against statuory rape.
but I do not think statutory is bs either
