Not so sure about this one. What if parents raise a boy TO BE a sort of Incel. Would it be so bad. Maybe sex is given as a commodity legally by then also. In that case, it might purely be a question of whether one wants to have the experience of raising a child. And the cycle repeats itself, and there are no more cucked men eventually. It takes a leap of the imagination to envision but it's not impossible, 100-500 years into the future.
