Plausible/Realistic incel friendly legislation

We're tasked with making legislation, what are some actually realistic/plausible laws that we could push that are incel friendly, Ill start off.

Law 1: Singles tax on women 30+. They have no reason to be single at this age and their clock's ticking, this does still give them the freedom and doesnt infringe on their rights. This I feel will also help fix the demographic crisis and partially curb hypergamy.

Law 2: Porn regulations and prison time for advertising porn to minors. Make it more difficult to access porn w/out privacy concerns, I feel this can be done with porn companies needing to sell membership cards for like 1$-3$ in a store like a 7-11, so all you'd have to do is show your driver's license to some minimum wage worker then you have unlimited access to the specific site. Also ban OF whores from being able to market to minors and jail them if they do.

Its not being banned, you can still indulge in it. In my proposal it will just be harder for minors to get to it with an actual physical barrier which doesn't infringe on your rights anymore than other vice's barriers do. It will also make guys with somewhat functioning impulse control be able to double think before going to the store and buying one of these cards.

The only thing certain in life: death, taxes, and foids love for chad. They'd rather pay high taxes than fuck an incel.

Law is bullshit unless it can be evenly applied through violence. Are governments going to allow you to use violence to enforce laws against foids?

Assuming that's true, then they can pay their taxes, and we'll reap the rewards via social spending to help incels out, maybe not with relationships, but in other aspects of life.
