Not in my experience in construction.
I could not build a whole house by myself if I tried.
At least right now i can't, as I don't have the knowledge for it, let alone the money.
Most of us are very specialized in a certain field and only know about it.
Maybe it was not like this in Plato's era though.

Nietzche is the real creator of modern individualism. His "Ubermensch" is exactly what every individualist strives for (in vain of course). Nietzche's thought is way way way worse than any "technology". It is one of the main contributors to our misery

The guy was a literal hierarchal authoritarian who even praised the heuristic control of religion over the masses in Beyond Good and Evil. Claiming that Nietzsche was an individualist is so comically illiterate that I initially thought this was supposed to be a tongue-in-cheek comment. He was an elitist, not some hippie individualist.

In actuality, modern day libtard "individualism" (which is not even true individualism but rather a cathedral of media-controlled censorship and cancel culture; true individualism is simply anarchy, which was never possible after agriculture was invented) is a product of Frankfurt school Jews. The postmodernists (who were influenced by Nietzsche) also played a role yes but I doubt Foucault or Derrida would ever have approved of 21st century woke cancel culture.
