Depends what your facial flaws are. I don't think you can do much about eye area or if your whole facial shape and/or head size is askew. But if your jaw needs fixing, surgery can transform you. Likewise if you're bald, a hair transplant can add 3 points.
Dude a 1-3 can totally jump up to a 9-10 if they take a shower, wear clothes that fit, have a good personality, get a haircut, and drink water
1-2, i'd be a 6-7/10 with the one I want, but I'm a bit tight on finances right now due to being a student
