I think all I need to be able to attract a Becky and save myself from this hell is leanmaxx until my abs show (for beginners: training your abs doesn't make them more noticeable, just losing weight does), I have to lose tremendous weight until the six-pack is visible

This would put me on the winning side within dating apps even if I'm not a chad.

But this shit is so hard man, food is literally my cope, I'm going to have to sacrifice it to have a chance in the sexual market.
