Brutal Place where my pilonidal cyst was is aching again

This is concerning, it's the same type of aching I felt when it first formed back 5 months ago, I really hope that this isn't a sign of it coming back

Absolutely brutal. I had one and it came back, get it lanced if you can, or hot baths to get it to pop by itself.
