Pimples that hurt?

I got like 3 now and they hurt a bit, Any advice?

Im ugly as fuck anyway so it wouldnt matter
how it looks, Just fucking get it off my face.

Unfortunately you might have to wait a while for them to develop enough to bust them out and release the pressure and end the pain.

You could try to speed up the process with a warm compress or reverse it even by washing with soap and warm water followed by using a Stridex aloe Vera anti acne pad on the area or whatever similar item you may have on hand.

In a few hours they suck the gunk out and you can see the difference

Apply rubbing alcohol. <how do you not know this?>

Just leave them be, it will go away on its own
