Serious Physically heartbroken

For the past month or so my heart has been aching whenever I feel especially sad. It happened again today while I was shopping for food and drink when I saw a girl around my age, within 2 seconds of seeing her, so many thoughts raced through my head, thoughts like "she would never see me as an equal", this resulted in my body going numb and my heart skipping a beat or two whilst hurting a great deal. I'm honestly so pathetic, just seeing a girl now results in physical pain.

I can't really describe the pain since it's so sudden but does this kind of thing sound familiar to anyone?

yes i get same thoughts and feel too much anger, it all buit up over yrs
