For people who have had that sort of issue how were you able to overcome It? I am looking for practical solutions, would taking SSRIs help? Are there any other options? Preferably ones that don't include a doctor or a therapist.

And please no retarded redpillfag advice, no I can't control the shivering, it's almost like a reflex.

Tried being yourself or working hard?

i feel the same thing there is no solution sadly

No i never found a viable way to cope with this.

I also do not remember if the ssrsi fixed this for me since i did not use it that long

I didnt wanna go to the doctor i hate having to talk to people about sensitive things like that and i also fear going outside.

I've never had this but a lot of the anxiety I had was greatly alleviated when I started to take antihistamines. Hard to say whether it could help you but who knows.

SSRI's never helped me personally.

Also cut back on caffeine if you take it

Alright I'll look into that

I’ve been noticing that my hands still shake from time to time. I haven’t been able to keep my hands still since I was 16–although I am unsure if this is from constant smoking or just built up stress.
