Of course I’ve dealt with severe PMS on and off my entire 20s but this one is kicking my ass. I feel all of these old undealt with emotions bubbling at the surface constantly and it wipes my energy out.

Im so upset with my boyfriend over things that don’t normally bother me. Like RAGE.
