I have seen that a lot of people in these spaces seem to have the mentality of "I'm not a 9/10 7' tall multibillionare, so I will throw my life away" or in the case of looksmaxxers they attempt to reach this unrealistic standard. I'm far way in my stats from even being passable, so this doesn't bother me much, but there are people who would be able to live decent (not ideal) lives if they simply accepted the genetics and money/status they were given at birth.

Yea tbh, if anything as a disadvantaged male you should b trying to progress in at least something, even if its something small like going for a walk or something. How can you call yourself incel if you never even tried? Not jus for women but jus for ur own quality of life.

I see it as one should have a balance to have a good life, sometimes periods of intense obsession and drive when u need to get something done or progress as building something takes way more work than maintaining it.

I'm not even specifically talking about improving one's situation in a meaningful sense, but just improving your life quality in simple ways that can make you feel better or live better. Getting healthier and living in a clean environment is good for both your body and mind, but it obviously won't get you women or money.

I think it is somewhat of a fakecel trait to let yourself go like that. I for an example don't have the luxury of getting fat since I don't have the money to support myself if I get some heart complications because of it nor would my job care.
