There is nobody for me to hang out with in the first place jfl, but yeah in my previous job roles I was just seen as the creepy ogre tech support guy. Ignored except only for strictly work reasons.

Yeah it's all so transactional.

In a way I actually prefer interacting with people like shop employees or tradesmen like electricians or plumbers. At least then it's obviously transactional and it's obvious what they want (cash).

I thought to say no but then it hit me the reason I am not used by anyone is because I am lacking in capabilities in every department.
